HUD requires local jurisdictions to develop and submit an Annual Action Plan in order to access the funding. The AAP outlines the projects that will be undertaken with the HUD program funds and to meet the objectives set forth in the FY 2023-2027 Consolidated Plan and Strategy. The AAP was made available for public review at the Urban County Program office, all city and precinct offices, and county website for a thirty (30) day comment period beginning on February 26, 2025 and ending on March 30, 2025. There were no comments received.
