3. The Salvation Army of McAllen-Hidalgo County
4. The RGV Inclusive Project Inc. dba Christian’s Manor (Pending HUD exception approval)

BACKGROUND

The 2024-2026 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) has a two (2) year agreement with HUD.  Currently ESG subrecipient agencies are submitting eligible request for payments for services provided.  The Urban County Program is requesting approval to enter into agreements from 11/01/2024 to 07/31/2026.
