Opportunity for Council to discuss information on industry and market trends as it relates to development potential along the I-10 corridor and possibly provide direction on a Council vision for the area.

BACKGROUND AND PREVIOUS ACTIONS
At a Council Work Session on January 5, 2021, staff provided information on multi-family residential, vacant commercial corners, and industrial development along Bullard from Van Buren to I-10. Goodyear continues to see rapid population and commercial growth as well as unprecedented and accelerating developer interest in prominent tracts of land along the I-10 corridor. This Work Session aims to spark conversation on a vision for what could develop along Goodyear's highest profile corridor.
