STAFF ANALYSIS
The approved FY2022 CIP includes design and construction of LED streetlights in the Northern Subdivision. Design has been completed for this project, a solicitation for construction was advertised in October and the city received one bid for construction from Martell Electric.
The project includes installing approximately 84 new LED streetlights poles and installing pathway lighting along a walkway between Calle Adobe Lane and Calle Chulo Road.
Construction is scheduled to begin in February and be completed by June 30, 2022. The contractor and staff have developed a neighborhood outreach program to notify homeowners of the work scheduled and provide regular updates on construction activities.
