Annie Roberts has multiple absences from the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee (PRAC).
Recommendation
Remove Annie Roberts from the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee. (Darcie McCracken, City Clerk)

There is no fiscal impact with this action.
BACKGROUND AND PREVIOUS ACTIONS
Annie Roberts has more than 3 consecutive unexcused absences from the PRAC. The Boards, Commission, Committees Process approved by Council states that a vacancy shall be deemed to have occurred after three consecutive absences.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Due to the intense work being done by the PRAC at this time, it is imperative that every member remain active and engaged.
