RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve Tract Map No. 19156 at 318 South Cypress Street, as submitted.
DISCUSSION:
On February 14, 2022, the La Habra Planning Commission considered and approved the Applicant's request for Tentative Tract Map Number 19156. The project consists of the construction of a 10-unit residential condominium project located at 318 South Cypress Street. The Map has been reviewed by staff from the City of La Habra Engineering Division and the County of Orange.

None.
