RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Ms. Virginia Pierce in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
On June 19, 2024, an attorney representing Ms. Virginia Pierce filed a claim. The claim was considered insufficient and incomplete; and returned to the claimant on July 18, 2024. To date, an amended claim has not been filed.
