RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Mr. Arny Gonzalez in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
Mr. Arny Gozalez, a City of Long Beach resident, filed a property damage claim on March 4, 2024, in the amount of $30,000 for damages to the claimant's rental property located in Seal Beach. The claim alleges that on February 7, 2024, officers from the La Habra Police Department caused the damage while serving a search warrant.

None.
