RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Mr. Tranell Davis in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
Mr. Tranell Davis, a City of Los Angeles resident, filed a property damage claim on February 6, 2024, in the amount of $218 for reimbursement to repair a tire on his vehicle. The claim alleges that on February 6, 2024, Mr. Davis was traveling on Lambert Road, at the intersection of Cypress Street, when he drove over a pothole causing damage to the right front tire of the vehicle.
