A Resolution enacting the Rules of Council from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027, repealing Resolution Number 1-24 and declaring an emergency.
PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND:
To establish the Rules of Lorain City Council to act under during the 2026-2027 Term of Council.
RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL:
Lorain City Council consider for passage.
