AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION OR LEGISLATION TITLE:
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SAFETY/SERVICE DIRECTOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES; CONCRETE FOR THE CITY OF LORAIN FROM TERMINAL READY MIX.
PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND:
We wish to purchase concrete for road repairs for the 2026 calendar year.
RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL:
We recommend Council consider passage of this ordinance.
