Motion approving license to encroach.
Summary:
The property at 129 South 6th Street is seeking a license to encroach on a staircase that would encroach approximately four feet onto the city right-of-way on the southwest edge of the lot. A portion of the concrete steps would remain, and the rest would be removed and replaced with wooden steps in the same location as the current steps that are removed.
