Resolution considering quotations for the supply of Quicklime for Water Treatment.

Adoption of the attached resolution.
Summary:
On March 14, 2025, quotations were received, with the low bid submitted by Graymont LLC with a quotation of $278.60 a ton, with an estimated value of $222,880. Only one supplier responded to the solicitation.
Quicklime is used in the water treatment process to soften the water, adjust the pH, and remove iron and total organic carbon from the water.
Staff recommend entering into an agreement with Graymont LLC for the supply of Quicklime.
