Resolution Directing Parking Control on Lafayette Street.

Staff received a petition requesting a change to parking status at 930 North Fourth Street. The petition requests a disabled parking sign on Lafayette Street to maintain access to a disability ramp at the property. A petition for a disability sign requires that the applicant meets the legal requirements for parking next to a disability sign and that parking is allowable on the corridor. Lafayette Street is a 36-foot-wide road with parking allowed on both sides.
 
The following change is proposed:

• Install Disability Parking at 930 North Fourth Street on Lafayette Street.
