Motion approving change orders.

Staff is recommending approval of the following change orders. The All Seasons Arena Board approved these at their August 8^th meeting.
 
Met-Con, Trade Package 1A
Change Order #16, $316.83
CO #16 includes the following:

• Installation of owner supplied flooring to replace degraded flooring near the north rink Zamboni entrance
• Painting changes for ease of maintenance – removal of stripes in lobby and north rink mezzanine
• Omit wall guard in lobby for consistent wall finish
• Removal of a floor drain in new office location – concrete removal and repair

 
Malterer Mechanical, Trade Package 23B
Change Order #10, $500.00
CO #10 includes the following:

• Removal of a floor drain in new office location – cap drain below floor

 
Laketown Electric, Trade Package 26A
Change Order #10, $11,020.00
CO #10 includes the following:

• Code required lighting changes to the main building signage
• Additional exit/emergency lights required by code in the lobby
• 2 emergency lights on the north side of the north rink that are inoperable and need replacement.

 
The above change orders will increase the overall project cost by $11,836.83. If approved, the contingency will be decreased to $104,464.85.
