Resolution appointing election judges for the 2026 Primary Election.
Recommendation/Action(s):
Adoption of the attached resolution.
Summary:
Minnesota State Statute, Section 204B.21, requires that a governing body of each municipality appoint election judges to serve in the precincts within the municipality at least 25 days before the election at which the election judges will serve.
Today, July 13, 2026, the city received a list of persons eligible to be election judges that was compiled by Blue Earth County elections staff and is attached as Exhibit A.
