The City of San Luis presents and recognizes former employee, Mr. John Starkey, for his 18 years of service to the City of San Luis community in various capacities.  Mr. Starkey served the San Luis community from 1997 through 2003 and then from 2005 through February 2017.  (Olivia Jenkins, HR Director/Tadeo A.
