SUMMARY:
Mr. Michael Joseph Basha submitted an application for Agent Change, Acquisition of Control, and/or Restructure to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control. The notice and application were posted in a conspicuous place at the premises proposed to be licensed by the above applicant and said notice and application were posted for at least twenty (20) days pursuant to A.R.S. §4-201. The Office of the City Clerk has not received any comments in favor of or against it. Staff recommends approval of the recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control.
