ITEM:
Discussion and possible directions to staff on any and all matters regarding installation of splash pads in city parks. (Council Member Africa Luna-Carrasco and Lizandro Galaviz, Director of Parks & Recreation)
SUMMARY:
Splash pads are an arrangement of spray features that offer a great way for younger kids to cool off. Council Member Africa Luna-Carrasco requested that this item be placed on the Work Session for November 1, 2017 for discussion.
