Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding Resolution No. 2025. A resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Luis, Arizona, ordering and declaring formation of San Luis Port Community Facilities District (City of San Luis, Arizona). (Jose A. Guzman, Acting Planning & Zoning Director)
SUMMARY:
As a requirement of the subdivision regulations of the City of San Luis, a Community Facilities District is required for approved subdivisions. The city has received a petition to form a Community Facilities District for San Luis Port Subdivision. This is the resolution to create that district.
