ITEM:
Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding Amendment to extend current service agreement with SIARMED.(Susan Posada, Consultant and Broker).
SUMMARY:
The current contract with SIARMED network expires on 06/30/2020 after a 3-year contract. The Amendment requested is to extend agreement until 06/30/2023.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO APPROVE THE AMENDMENT TO EXTEND SIARMED'S CONTRACT TO JUNE 30, 2023.
