Public hearing followed by discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding Resolution No. 2128.  A resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Luis authorizing the submission of application for FY 2020 Community Development Block Grant State Special Projects (CDBG-SSP) funds, certifying that said application (s) meets the community's previously identified housing and community development needs and the requirements of the State CDBG-SSP Program, and authorizing all actions necessary to implement and complete the activities outlined in said application (s). 

The Arizona Department of Housing Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program requires that a public hearing be conducted during a regular City Council meeting of the local governing body. The public hearing allows citizens to comment on the proposed project(s) to be funded with CDBG funds and adopt the corresponding resolution(s) selecting the project(s) to advance for state CDBG SSP funding. Staff is recommending the Rancho Los Oros Roadway Improvements Phase 2 as the City's Community Development Grant State Special Projects.
