Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding Resolution No. 2133. A resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Luis, Arizona amending Resolution No. 2083 to amend the adopted budget for the fiscal year 2019-2020. (Monica Castro, Director of Finance)
SUMMARY:
On June 25, 2019, the Mayor and City Council adopted the budget for the Fiscal Year 2019 – 2020 by passing Resolution No. 2083. In preparing the schedules for the 2020-2021 budget, staff noted a discrepancy in the current 2019-2020 adopted budget and the amounts displaying in the New World information system. Account Number 100-999-60040 is displaying in the New World information system as $4,500.00 above the amount the Mayor and City Council adopted on June 25, 2019.
This item amends the 2019-2020 budget to reflect the amount in the New World information system.
