Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) for legal advice and to consider the City's position and instruct its attorney with respect to options regarding waste water line maintenance. (Mayor Gerardo Sanchez)
SUMMARY:
The Mayor has requested an executive session for presentation and discussion on any and all matters concerning current as well as possible procedures for waste water line maintenance now and/or for the future. The City Attorney will advise as to the possible legal consequences of the various options. Council may instruct the City Attorney with respect to waste water line maintenance.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION.
