Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding Resolution No. 2245. A resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Luis, Arizona, declaring its intention to provide the Enhanced Municipal Services of operating, maintaining and improving certain retention basins serving the area described as Bienestar Estates 12 Phase 1 Subdivision, San Luis, Arizona. SUMMARY:
As a requirement of the City of San Luis Subdivision Regulations, an Enhanced Municipal Services Improvement District is required for new subdivisions. The city has received a petition to form an Enhanced Municipal Services Improvement District for operating and maintaining certain retention basins serving the area described as Bienestar Estates 12 Phase 1 Subdivision. This is the resolution to create that district.
