ITEM:

Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding Second Reading of Ordinance No. 349.  An ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Luis, Arizona, enacting and adopting a supplement to the Code of Ordinances for the City of San Luis, Arizona; repealing any conflicting provisions; and providing for severability. (Kay Marion Macuil, City Attorney)

B.  Approval and adoption of Ordinance No. 349

SUMMARY:

The City of San Luis formally adopted a codified version of its ordinances in October of 2012 and a City Code book was published.  The first Code included Ordinances #1 through #290. In February of 2015 Ordinances #293 through #328 were codified and added to the City Code book.  Now, Ordinances #329 through #341 have been codified and are ready for inclusion in the City Code book.  In order to be formally included in our book for the City Code, City Council must pass an adopting ordinance.

 

RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:

I MOVE TO APPROVE SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 349 BY TITLE ONLY.
I MOVE TO APPROVE AND ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 349.
