SUMMARY:
The proposed contract for a Magistrate will be provided by June 8, 2016. As of publication of this agenda, an offer had been extended to a candidate for Magistrate for recommendation to City Council.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO APPOINT ___________________ AS MAGISTRATE AND APPROVE AND ADOPT THE PROPOSED CONTRACT FOR MAGISTRATE .
