ITEM:

Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding salary survey consultant service proposals for future City of San Luis employee salary survey procedure. (Maria Sabori, Human Resources Senior Analyst)

SUMMARY:

Stemming from the 2016 Budget Retreat, City Council directed staff to conduct an additional salary survey study. Via extensive search, the Human Resources Department has received three proposals for salary survey services. Said proposals were submitted by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., CPS HR Consulting, and Springsted (refer to attached proposals). The Human Resources Department will proceed as instructed by City Council for the successful completion of this project. 

RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:

I MOVE TO ACCEPT AND APPROVE THE PROPOSAL OF ______________________________ IN THE AMOUNT OF ________________ AND AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT.
