Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §§38-431.03(A) subsections (3), (4), and (7) for legal advice and consider the City's position and instruct its Attorney with respect to a possible commercial development and possible contracts that are the subject of negotiations for the Price Center Building and for legal advice with the City Attorney or City Attorneys and to possibly instruct the City Attorney. City Council can be properly advised by holding an executive session for the purposes described in the agenda item.

I MOVE TO HOLD AN EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO §§38-431.03(A) SUBSECTIONS (3), (4), AND (7).
