The Municipal Court is making administrative changes to the Court's Probation Program. The Court wishes to release Probation Funds in order to refund certain Probation Fees.

FISCAL IMPACT STATEMENT (IF THIS IS A BUDGET TRANSFER, YOU MUST ATTACH THE BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FORM):
The Court is currently making administrative changes to its court compliance program. As a result of this, the Court will be entitling to a refund those defendants that were placed under this program and who meet the criteria. This refund is for certain fees that were collected for services that ultimately were not rendered or that otherwise should not have been charged for. The fund to be disbursed is from Probation Funds under Special Services line item.
