Discussion and possible action on any and all matters relating to the position of prosecutor including but not limited to contracting an agency for the position for the 2015-2016 fiscal year and related matters. (Glenn Gimbut, City Attorney)
SUMMARY:
The prosecutor contract expired July 1, 2015. Attached to this agenda item are the documents for the proposed terms to contract with ESI to fill the position until the next fiscal year.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO APPROVE THE CONTRACT WITH ESI FOR THE POSITION OF PROSECUTOR AS PRESENTED.
