Update on any and all matters regarding the water temperature data collection, report, and conclusions prepared by Nicklaus Engineering, Inc. (Eulogio Vera, Director of Public Works)
SUMMARY:
For many years, City of San Luis staff has received complaints from residents experiencing high temperature water coming out of their tap. Recently staff was directed by Council to work with a third party consultant to collect data and further analyze the existing conditions/situation and possibly find deficiencies that can be mitigated to improve temperature of water being delivered. Nicklaus Engineering Inc., was retained and since then they have collected water temperature data, mapped it and compiled it into a draft report.
