ITEM:
Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding Resolution No. 2038. A resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Luis, Arizona, adopting a fair housing policy, making known its commitment to the principle of fair housing, and describing actions it shall undertake to affirmatively further fair housing. (Jenny Torres, Economic Development Manager)
SUMMARY:
This resolution reestablishes our fair housing policy and the city's commitment to the principle of fair housing. In addition, the resolution is required for all applicants of Community Development Block Grant funds.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO APPROVE AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2038.
