Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding Resolution No. 2039. A resolution of the Mayor and Council of the City of San Luis, Arizona, adopting a residential anti-displacement and relocation assistance plan as required under section 104(D) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 as amended. SUMMARY:
This resolution is to re-adopt the city's residential anti-displacement and relocation assistance plan as required for applicants of Community Development Block Grant funds.
