ITEM:
Discussion and possible directions to staff on any and all matters regarding the selection of concept design to move forward with the master plan and cost estimates for the new Community Park. (Lizandro Galaviz, Director of Parks and Recreation)
SUMMARY:
The Parks & Recreation Department has been working alongside the Planning & Zoning Department, Public Works, Police Department, and Fire Department regarding the new San Luis Community Park that will be located on the East side of San Luis, AZ. Staff would like to present to City Council the conceptual design for approval to move forward with the master plan and cost estimates. Parks and Recreation Director is requesting direction from the City Council to move forward with the design concept and develop cost estimates for future development.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
Discussion and possible directions to staff only, no action item.
