ITEM:

Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §§38-431.03(A)(3) and 38-431.03(A)(4)  for  presentation, discussion and legal advice as to any and all matters concerning the San Luis Regional Detention Center, its operations, possible modification of existing operating and management agreements with Emerald Correctional Management and the San Luis Facilities Development Corporation, and matters regarding  pending litigations involving the San Luis Regional Detention Center. SUMMARY:

Executive session for presentation, discussion and legal advice on any and all matters concerning:
•the operation of the San Luis Regional Detention Center including updates,
• proposed modification of the current operating and management agreements between Emerald and San Luis Facilities Development Corporation, and
• on the pending litigations involving the San Luis Regional Detention Center and possible instruction to the City Attorney.

RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:

I MOVE TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION.
