ITEM:
Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding the election of a non-voting secretary to serve on the Fire Department Public Safety Personnel Local Retirement Board. (Tadeo De La Hoya, Chairman)
SUMMARY:
Currently, the position of non-voting secretary for this board is vacant upon Ms. Diana Hernandez's employment resignation. Ms. Leanna Beltran, Administrative Coordinator, has expressed interest to serve as the non-voting secretary for the Board.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO ELECT LEANNA BELTRAN NON-VOTING SECRETARY OF THE BOARD.
