ITEM:
Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding Resolution No. 2300. A Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Luis, Arizona, approving an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Arizona Department of Homeland Security to participate in the Statewide Cyber Readiness Program; repealing conflicting provisions; and providing for severability. SUMMARY:
The City of San Luis has been working with the Arizona Department of Homeland Security for cyber protection under a State grant.
This Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) provides the same services free of charge. The services will provide the city with products designed to enhance cybersecurity and related assistance such as analysis and training. The term of the agreement is for ten (10) years and may be extended by mutual agreement. It may be terminated without cause with thirty (30) days' written notice.
