Vote to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A) (3) (4) and (7)
Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §3 8-431.03(A) (3) (4) and (7) for legal advice with the City Attorney and/or for consultation with the City Attorney in order to consider the city's position and instruct its attorneys regarding the City Council's position regarding a proposed contract that is the subject of negotiations or potential litigation regarding the Regional Center for Border Health's hospital project.
