Discussion and possible action to hold an executive session pursuant to A.R.S. §§38-431.03(A) subsections (3), and (4) for discussion or consideration of any and all matters relating to the independent contract of the Consultant to the Interim City Manager and City Council to discuss or consider approval of amending terms and/or conditions and consultation with the City Attorney or City's attorneys regarding the same. SUMMARY:
City Council can be properly advised by holding an executive session for the purposes described in the agenda item.

I MOVE TO HOLD AN EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO A.R.S. §§38-431.03(A) SUBSECTIONS (3) AND (4).
