Discussion and possible action to hold an executive session pursuant to A.R.S. §§38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the City Attorney or City's Attorneys in order to consider its position and instruct the City Attorney or City's Attorneys regarding the public body's position regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiations or in settlement discussions conducted in order to avoid or resolve litigation regarding an update on the San Luis Regional Detention Center.
