Adopt Resolution #20-212 Approving Final Plat and Development Agreement for Preserve at Northfork; Case of Preserve at Northfork, LLC

The purpose of this case is to consider the Final Plat and Development Agreement for the Preserve at Northfork residential development project. The Preliminary Plat for this project has been approved and the next step in the development process is review and approval of the Final Plat as well as a development agreement between the City and the Applicant.

No notification is required as a result of this application. Notice and a public hearing were sent and held during the preliminary plat stage of the development as required by City ordinance.

Staff has reviewed the submitted Final Plat and found it to be consistent with the previously approved Preliminary Plat.  The plans submitted have been reviewed by the City's engineering department and the Applicant and City Staff continue to work through some construction details but Staff is comfortable with bringing the request forward with approvals contingent upon approval of final construction plans by the City Engineer.

Alternatives
Alternative 1: Adopt Resolution #20-212 approving the final plat and development agreement for Preserve at Northfork. The Final Plat as submitted is consistent with the previously approved Preliminary Plat and the development agreement is the City's standard development agreement.  

Alternative 2: Do not adopt Resolution #20-212 approving the final plat and development agreement for Preserve at Northfork. If not recommending approval, the City Council should provide clear direction to Staff regarding changes necessary to the final plat and/or development agreement.  

Costs associated with this application are the responsibility of the Applicant.
