Confirm December 15 Special City Council Meeting

The purpose of this case is to confirm attendance for a Special (rescheduled) City Council Meeting for Tuesday, December 15 at 5:30 p.m. The City Council is asked to host a Special City Council Meeting to discuss 2 topics.

1. Reconfirm Previous Approval for 2040 Comprehensive Plan Update to Conform to Metropolitan Council Submittal Requirements
2. Discuss 2021 Union Contract Negotiations (portions of this case may be closed to the Public)
3. Consider Approval of 2021 Union Contracts
4. Consider Approval of Non-union Employee COLA and Health Insurance Contributions

Remote attendance is provided as an option. The City Council has already canceled the December 22 Regular City Council Meeting due to the Holiday Week. However, the 2 topics above are timely topics that Staff hopes to resolve before January.
