Recommendation:
The Engineer Technician IV has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment No. 3 to North Valley, Inc. of Nowthen, Minnesota, for Improvement Project #21-05, 2021 MSA Pavement Overlay Improvements, in the amount of $5,839.03.
Action:
