Happy Days Recap Presentation
Purpose/Background:
Staff would like to provide the City Council and residents with a recap of the City of Ramsey's annual Happy Days Festival.
Included in this presentation are updates on the number of participants as well as the issuing and distributing of Certificates of Appreciation to festival sponsors.
