Ordinance 24-14: Hold a public hearing to consider adopting proposed Ordinance 24-14 Amending the Dedication of a Municipal Local Option Gross Receipts Tax. (Heldenbrand/Yntema)
BACKGROUND:

These Ordinances will unrestrict a one-sixteenth tax imposed in the late 80s and early 90s. This is consistent with House Bill 479, enacted July 1, 2019.
