Ordinance 24-17: Hold a public hearing to consider adopting proposed Ordinance 24-17 Granting Franchise to Southwest Reclamation, LLC. (Heldenbrand/Chaparro)
BACKGROUND:

Southwest Reclamation, LLC is a solid waste collection company that wishes to engage in the business of solid waste collection within the City.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
In consideration for the City’s grant of the Collection Franchise, Southwest Reclamation, LLC shall pay franchise fees, in an amount equaling 7% of its gross receipts for all activities under the Collection Franchise (the “Franchise Fees”).

The Deputy City Attorney drafted proposed Ordinance.
