ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider recommending approval for the award of Roswell Air Center Hobson Road Lift Station Design Project to Freese & Nichols Inc. in the amount of $266,032.00 which includes GRT. (Najar/MacCormack)

BACKGROUND:

The City of Roswell is seeking professional design support services for a replacement of the lift station on Hobson Road at the Roswell Air Center. This is an approved FY25 project.
Per RFP-25-002 quotes were requested to perform engineering and design services from vendors qualified per RFP-25-002.
Quotes received on October 16, 2024 for the subject project have been reviewed. Four quotes were received as follows: (Amounts include GRT)
1. FXSA $ 476,034.58
2. Freese & Nichols Inc $ 266,032.00
3. HDR Engineering $ 277,065.50
4. WTC $ 1,195,991,00

BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Infrastructure Committee on 10/21/2024 voted (4-0) to recommend award of Roswell Air Center Hobson Road Lift Station Design Project to Freese & Nichols Inc. in the amount of $266,032 which includes GRT to November 7, 2024 Finance Committee.
