Approval for purchase order to Tank Industry Consultants for $450,000 to provide 3rd party inspection and quality control for Country Club Reservoir Repair Project. (Corn/Najar)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Louis Najar
This purchase order would provide for 3rd party inspection expenses for Country Club Reservoir Repair Project. Tank Industry Consultants is an approved City On-Call vendor. Tank Industry Consultants has personnel with appropriate qualifications and certifications to oversee reservoir repair work.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
FY25 approved budget is $8,181,290.33 for Country Club Reservoir Project. $3,744,739.53 was awarded to TMI Coatings for construction at the October City Council meeting, leaving $4,436,550.80 balance available.

No Legal review required at this time.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Infrastructure Committee recommended approval (4-0) to refer to Finance Committee at their meeting on 10/21/24. Finance Committee on 11/7/2024 voted (4-0) to recommend approval to November City Council meeting.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Consider approval for purchase order requisition to Tank Industry Consultants for $450,000 to provide 3rd party inspection and quality control for Country Club Reservoir Repair Project.
