The City posted ITB-24-017 BLM Loading Ramp and Drainage Extension on June 30, 2024. One bid was received on August 6, 2024. Armstrong Engineering reviewed bids and recommends the award of Schedule I to Constructors Inc., in the amount of $448,940.40 which includes GRT.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
The BLM Loading Ramp and Drainage Extension project is included in the FY 2025 budget under Capital Improvement Infrastructure in the amount of $300,000.00; an overage of $148,940.40 does not require a budget adjustment at this time. The project is 100% reimbursable through the lease L23PL00005 dated 03.28.2023.
LEGAL REVIEW:
Contracts to be revised by the Legal Department upon award.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Legal Committee referred to the Finance Committee, vote (4-0), at their meeting on October 24, 2024. Finance Committee recommended approval (4-0) at their meeting on November 7, 2024.
